meetings and events, Ms. Fain has 20 years of experience forging
collaborations and alliances between diverse entities, and she has earned a

Susan Fritschler, Vice President of The Fain Group, has more than 20 years
of experience in public affairs, strategic communications and association
management. A proven leader in providing executive services to our clients,
Ms. Fritschler has planned outstanding events, developed sound financial
management practices and effective member recruitment strategies. An author
of several publications, including two books on local government, Ms.
Fritschler has served as a staff advisor to a U.S. senator and is skilled at
coalition building, guiding groups with diverging interests to reach
consensus on contentious issues.
Cynthia Wilcox, Director of Marketing and
Client Outreach, has extensive experience in the corporate, non-profit and
charitable sectors, providing her with well-honed skills in bringing diverse
audiences together to successfully reach a common goal. A certified meeting
planning professional, Ms. Wilcox plans meetings, conferences and events
that feature the hallmarks of innovative and superior execution, achieving
