Leslie Fain, Principal


As the founder and principal of the Fain Group, Ms. Fain has set as the firm’s highest goal a commitment to excellence in serving the company’s many and diverse clients. Ms. Fain demonstrates hands-on leadership in her management of the operations, business development, personnel, financial and professional activities of her successful company. She is a seasoned leader who directs a team of professionals that includes certified meeting planners, information technology specialists, public affairs and communications experts. Under Ms. Fain’s stewardship, the Fain Group has handled the planning of multiple conferences with complex and varying scopes for a wide range of corporate, government and not-for-profit clients.  In recent years, she has successfully guided the firm’s expansion to include public affairs and communications practices within its mix of varied services.

In addition to her background in meetings and events, Ms. Fain has 10 years of experience forging collaborations between diverse alliances and a reputation for offering rich insights to both grassroots and established organizations as they look to expand their reach through valuable partnerships.

The Fain Group is a certified woman-owned business (Women’s Business Enterprise), certified through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

   


Susan Fritschler.
Vice President

 

 


Ms. Fritschler has more than 20 years of experience in public affairs, strategic communications and association management. A proven leader in providing executive services tailored to the needs our clients, Ms. Fritschler has directed the planning of dynamic events, developed sound financial management practices and shared effective member recruitment strategies to forward the work of an organization’s officers and board of directors. Her work includes the management of public affairs, strategic communications and media relations for corporations, trade associations and non-profit organizations. She has served as a staff advisor to a U.S. senator and is skilled at coalition building, by guiding groups with diverse interests to reach consensus on contentious issues. 

The author of several publications, her subjects include two books on local government.

   


Cynthia Wilcox, Director of Marketing and Client Outreach
 


Ms. Wilcox has a comprehensive understanding of the importance of bringing diverse audiences together for a common goal. Proficient in the planning of meetings, conferences and events, Ms. Wilcox is a certified meeting professional who is highly skilled in communicating our client’s vision to its most important stakeholders. She plays an instrumental role in creating leading-edge marketing and communications strategies for our clients as they look to enhance and invigorate their companies’ public image and private success. Having honed her talents in the corporate, non-profit and chartable sectors, Ms. Wilcox guides our clients toward their goals by focusing on innovative solutions and superior execution.
