· Arrange and direct pre-conference meeting with hotel and client staffs
· Coordinate with the on-site client staff to ensure seamless staffing
· Registration set up and management, as needed
· Coordinate off-site events
· Ensure all meeting rooms are properly set and audiovisual equipment is tested
· Organize head tables and décor
· Place and change signage for sessions
· Review and approve banquet and audiovisual charges on a daily basis
· Coordinate VIP arrangements and security
· Troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise
