    PRELIMINARY SITE PLANNING & HOTEL MANAGEMENT

·         Coordinate all meeting room space, set ups and session assignments

·         Develop and review banquet event orders for client approval

·         Coordinate sleeping room block at conference hotel

·         Arrange VIP and staff accommodations

·         Confirm master account and direct billing established at venues

·         Manage all food and beverage functions within budget guidelines

·         Produce and disseminate RFPs for audiovisual equipment and bus transportation for off-site events

·         Coordinate audiovisual requirements

·         Determine necessary signage 

·         Conduct planning meeting with hotel and local vendors if necessary

·         Review and finalize master bills for accuracy
